比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭40例疗效观察

目的：观察富马酸比索洛尔治疗心力衰竭的疗效。方法：80例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为两组，常规治疗组40例，采用强心、利尿等抗心力衰竭常规治疗，富马酸比索洛尔治疗组40例，在常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用富马酸比索洛尔治疗，对两组临床疗效及治疗前、后心率、左心室舒张末内径（LVEDD）、左心室收缩末内径（LVESD）及左心室射血分数（LVEF）的变化进行比较。结果：治疗后富马酸比索洛尔治疗组有效率（92．5％）明显高于常规治疗组（87．5％）（P〈0．05）；治疗后富马酸比索洛尔治疗组心率较治疗前明显减少（P〈0．05），治疗后两组LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF较治疗前均有明显改善（P〈0．05。0．01），富马酸比索洛尔治疗组LVEF改善较常规治疗组明显（P〈0．05）。结论：常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上加用比索洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭能提高疗效。

Effect of bisoprolol on chronic cardiac failure: 40 cases observation

Objective: To observe the effect of bisoprolol on congestive cardiac failure.Methods: Randomly divided 80 cases with chronic cardia failure into two groups,regular therapy group and bisoprolol group with 40 cases per group.Regular anti-cardiac failure therapy,including cardiac and diuretic therapy,was employed to patients in regular therapy group;while the combined therapy of regular therapy and bisoprolol was employed to patients in bisoprolol group.Compared the heart rate,left ventricular diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular systole dimension(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) before and after therapy and efficiency of both groups.Results: The efficiency of bisoprolol group(92.5%) was significantly higher than regular therapy group(P<0.05),and heart rate of bisoprolol group was significantly lower than regular therapy group(P<0.05).LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF in both groups were remarkably improved(P<0.05-0.01).Improvement of LVEF in bisoprolol group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined therapy of regular therapy and bisoprolol can boost the effect on chronic heart failure.
