| 摘 要： | 目的探讨如何充分发挥门诊药房在儿童医院药学服务中的作用。方法从儿童医院门诊药房的药学服务现状和医院药学的发展方向,探讨其作用。结果通过倡导＂感动服务＂,提高药学服务水平和质量来增强门诊药房在儿科药学服务中的作用。结论门诊药师应转变观念,从＂单纯交代医嘱的被动服务＂转变为＂保障用药安全、有效、合理的主动服务＂,循序渐进地提高门诊药房的儿科药学服务工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore how to give full play to the function of pharmaceutical care outpatient pharmacy in children＇s hospital.Methods We probed into its function from the present situation of pharmaceutical care of outpatient pharmacy in children＇s hospital and developing direction of hospital pharmacy.Results We strengthened hospital pharmaceutical care of outpatient pharmacy by advocating ＂moving service＂ and improved the quality of pharmaceutical care.Conclusion Outpatient dispensers should change their concepts from ＂passive service of explaining doctor＇s advice only＂to＂active service of ensuring safe drug use＂.We should improve the pediatric pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy step by step. |
