曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效

目的 :观察曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法 :参照罗马Ⅱ标准 ,选择 60例IBS病人 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组 ,每组 30例。对照组男性 12例 ,女性 18例 ,年龄 (33±s 16)a。治疗组男性 13例 ,女性 17例 ,年龄 (31± 12 )a。 2组均给予谷维素 (2 0mg ,po ,tid)、维生素B1(2 0mg ,po ,tid)、维生素C (0 .2 g ,po ,tid)。治疗组加用曲美布汀 2 0 0mg ,po ,tid ,疗程 2wk。观察治疗前后IBS腹痛、腹泻、便秘、腹胀的情况。结果 :治疗组wk 1总有效率 67% ,wk 2总有效率 83%。wk 2腹痛缓解率 90 % ,腹泻缓解率 89% ,便秘缓解率77% ,腹胀缓解率 81%。无明显不良反应。结论 :曲美布汀是治疗IBS安全有效的药物

Clinical effect of trimebutine in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome

AIM:To observe the clinical efficacy of trimebutine in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome(IBS). METHODS: Sixty patients with IBS(according to Rome Ⅱ standard) were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty patients (M 12, F 18; age(33± s 16) a) of the control group received oryzanol 20 mg, po ,tid; vitamin B 1 20 mg, po ,tid;vitamin C 0.2 g, po ,tid for 2 wk. Besides that, thirty patients (M 13,F 17;age(31±12)a) of the treatment group added trimebutine 200 mg, po ,tid for 2 wk. The change of abdominal pain,diarrhoea,constipation,abdominal distension before and after treatment was observed. RESULTS: The toal efficacy rate of treatment group was 67% in first week and 83% in second week.After 2 wk,the improvement rate of each symptom was:abdominal pain 90%,diarrhoea 89%,constipation 77%,abdominal distension 81%. CONCLUSION: Trimebutine is an effetive and safe agent for the treatment of IBS.
