| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消栓颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎的作用机制。方法收集60例病毒性心肌炎病例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,疗程3～4周,治疗前后检测心肌酶学（CK、CK-MB）,血清IL-2及淋巴细胞穿孔素表达水平（PFP）及疗效评价。结果应用消栓颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎血清IL-2下降、外周血淋巴细胞穿孔素表达水平下降有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论消栓颗粒治疗病毒性心肌炎有效,免疫作用机理可能与降低外周血IL-2、淋巴细胞穿孔素表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:Initial research the mechanisms of Xiaoshuan grana treat viral myocarditis.Methods:60 viral myocarditis cases were collected,random divided into control groups and treat group.Course of treatment were 3 ～ 4 weeks,every patient examine CK,CK-MB,IL-2,PFP and evaluate therapeutic effect after and before treatment.Results:Xiaoshuan grana treat viral myocarditis had statistical significance with IL-2 and PFP subside(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoshuan grana treat viral myocarditis was utility.Immunifaction mechanism may relate with the subside of IL-2 concentration and PFP express level. |
