| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MRI在眼球突出病因及定位诊断中的价值.方法:回顾分析24例经手术病理或临床证实的眼球突出的MRI诊断及鉴别诊断,观察眼部结构的影像学变化,对病因按照发病部位进行分类评估.结果:炎症、肿瘤、外伤及血管畸形等皆是眼球突出的病因,造成眼球突出病变主要位于球外眶内与眶周,多种病变除造成眼球突出外还会引起眼外肌肥大与...
