| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨直肠间质瘤多层螺旋CT表现和诊断价值.方法:回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的直肠间质瘤的CT表现.结果:11例中,良性间质瘤3例,恶性8例,良性直径平均3.7 cm,恶性直径平均16 cm;增强:明显强化4例,不均匀强化7例.结论:直肠间质瘤的CT表现:直肠壁圆形或类圆形软组织肿块,向腔内、腔外或同时向腔内外...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the rectum stromal tumor MSCT performance and its diagnostic value.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 11 cases of pathologically proven by surgery rectum stromal tumor of CT manifestations.Results:In the 11 cases with mesenchymal tumor,3 cases with benign tumor,8 cases with malignant tumor;and the mean diameter of the benign and the malignant was 3.7 cm,16 cm repectively.Enhancement: Obviously strengthened 4 cases;nonhomogeneous 7 cases.Conclusion:The rectum stromal tumor of CT man... |
