| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定川贝定喘胶囊中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱,甲醇-2%醋酸（35：65）为流动相;流速1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长283nm。结果橙皮苷在0.4064～3.251μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为98.82%,RSD=1.12%（n=5）。结论本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于川贝定喘胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Orange popeel glucoside in chuanbei Dingchuan capsules.Method:The chromatographic system consisted of C18column,methanol-2% acetic acid(35:65) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0ml ·min-1,and the detecting wavelength was 283nm.Results:The Orange popeel glucoside have a good liner relation in the range of0.4064 ～ 3.251μg(r = 0.9998),the average recovery was 98.82% and RSD = 1.12%(n = 5).Conolusion:The established method is accuracy,sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of chuanbei Dingchuan capsules |
