| 摘 要： | 观察散结消肿贴的抗炎镇痛作用。结果显示：散结消肿贴具有显著的抗炎作用，不仅能抑制巴豆油所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀，而且能明显对抗醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加，对醋酸所致的小鼠腹腔疼痛有明显的抑制作用，但对热刺激所致疼痛只有抑制趋势，而无统计学意义。

| Abstract: | Actions of anti-inflammation and relieving pain of Sanjie Xiaozhong patch have been studied. The result shows:the patch has significant effect of anti-inflammation. It can reduce the auricle swelling caused by Fructus crotonis oil and increasing permeability of blood capillary in abdominal cavity induced by acetic acid in mice, it can also relieve the pain resulting from acetic acid, but in pain model induced by hot stimulus, the patch shows no obvious effect. |
