美多巴联合中医辨证治疗老年帕金森病38例疗效观察

目的观察美多巴联合中医辨证治疗老年帕金森病的疗效。方法选取76例65岁以上的帕金森病患者为研究对象,分为治疗组和对照组各38例,2组均统一接受美多巴治疗,而治疗组在美多巴治疗组基础上,根据中医辨证分型运用中药治疗,在治疗前及治疗后3个月、6个月,分别对2组使用统一帕金森评分量表（UPDRS）第Ⅲ、Ⅳ部分评分进行比较,观察中西医结合疗法在改善患者运动功能及减少并发症方面的疗效。结果治疗后3个月,治疗组与对照组UPDRSⅢ、Ⅳ评分比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后6个月,治疗组与对照组UPDRSⅢ、Ⅳ评分比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗在改善帕金森病患者运动功能及减少并发症方面优于单纯西医治疗,但其疗效与治疗时程有关,应该坚持规范足程用药。
