米氮平治疗60例广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效

目的探讨米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症的临床疗效和不良反应。方法 60例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为2组,分别服用米氮平,15-45 mg/d,丙咪嗪50-150 mg/d,疗程6周。于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6周末进行汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良的反应。结果米氮平治疗广泛性焦虑症的显效率为84.7%、有效率为100%,丙咪嗪显示效率66.7%、有效率88.9%。但2组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;而不良的反应方面比较,米氮平组TESS评分显著低于丙咪嗪组（P〈0.05）。结论米氮平是治疗广泛性焦虑症的快速、安全、有效的药物。

Clinical Effect of Mirtazapine on 60 Cases of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect and adverse reactions of mirtazapine for generalized anxiety disorder（GAD）.[Methods]60 GAD patients were randomly divided into two groups,which were treated by mirtazapine 15-45 mg/d and imipramine 50-150 mg/d respectively for 6 weeks.The clinical effect and adverse reaction were evaluated with Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） and treatment emergent symptom scale（TESS） before treatment and 1,2,4,6 weeks after treatment.[Results]The obvious effective rate of mirtazapine for GAD was 84.7%,and the effective rate was 100%.The obvious effective rate of imipramine was 66.7%,and the effective rate was 88.9%.There was no significant difference between two groups（P〉0.05）.On aspect of adverse reaction,the TESS scores of mirtazapine group was significantly lower than that of imipramine group（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Mirtazapine is a rapid,safe and effective drug for GAD.
