| 摘 要： | 目的：研制板蓝根药材HPLC特征指纹图谱。方法：应用BP—HPLC法分离分析板蓝根对照药材水提取物色谱图，并以5种市售板蓝根药材的色谱图做验证，建立板蓝根药材指纹图谱。结果：不同来源板蓝根药材的水提取物色谱图基本相同，特征共有峰有8个，但相对谱峰面积因药材来源不同存在一定差异。结论：所建立的方法用于板蓝根药材鉴别与质量评价简便、准确，并为建立板蓝根药材HPLC指纹图谱提供了实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:The HPLC character spectra of Radix Isatidis was studied and established.Method:The water-soluble extraction of Radix Isatidis standard herba studied by RP-HPLC to establish the character spectra,which was verificated by the water-soluble extractions of Radix Isatidis from five different kinds of sources.Result:The peaks were almost the same,there being 8 common peaks,while the relative area of the common peaks of different samples varied from different origins.Conclusion:The experimental results could serve as the convenient and effective identification and quality evaluation,which also offered testimony for the establisment of HPLC-FPS of Radix Isatidis.
