| 摘 要： | 目的:通过血清心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)的动态变化,探讨cTnT在急性心肌梗死(AMI)诊断中的作用。方法:收集临床经冠状动脉造影确诊为AMI的患者病例及健康对照组,对cTnT进行动态观察,并与心电图、血清肌酸激酶MB同工酶(CK-MB)值的变化进行比较,分析cTnT在AMI诊断中的作用。结果:AMI患者在发病早期无论心电图是否发生变化都伴有cTnT水平的升高,而CK-MB值则不一定升高。结论:血清cTnT在AMI确诊上比心电图、CK-MB更敏感,可以作为AMI早期诊断的特异性指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the diagnostic efficiency of cardiac troponin T （cTnT） in predicting acute myocardial inthrction through the dynamic changes of cTnT. Methods The collection of coronary angiography confirmed cases of AMI patients and healthy control group of patients cases, by the dynamic observation of cTnT ,comparative with ECG, serum creatinc kinase MB isoenzyme （CK-MB） changes ,analysis the role of cTnT in the diagnosis of AMI. Results levels of cTnT are increased in the incidence of early no matter whether the ECG changes in AMI patients , and CK-MB value does not neecssrily increase. Conclusion cTnT is more sensitive marker than CK-MB and ECG in the AMI diagnosis, cTnT had diagnosing value in early AMI. |
