椎间盘镜手术与常规开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较

摘    要:目的:比较椎间盘镜手术与常规开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组:观察组35例和对照组33例。观察组行腰椎间盘镜手术:对照组行常规开窗手术。并观察两组的手术时间、出血量、切口大小、下床时间、住院时间及恢复工作时间情况。结果:观察组优良率为91.43%,对照组优良率为93.94%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。但观察组出血量、切口大小、住院时间、下床活动时间及恢复工作时间与对照组比较。差异均有统计学意义(P均〈0.01)。结论:椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定,具有创伤小、出血少、患者术后恢复快及不影响腰椎稳定性等优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the difference between microendoscopy discectomy and conventional iscectomy in treating lumber disc heniation.Methods:Sixty-eight cases with umber disc heniation were randomly divided into observation group with microendoscopy discectomy and a control group with conventional discectomy.The clinical results were evaluated according to Macnab method and the blood loss,the operation time,the post-operative hospital stay time,the time of recovery to ordinary work or life were observed.Results:The excellent and good rates were(91.43%) in observation group and 93.94% in control group.There was significant difference in all indices between two groups.Conclusion: Microendoscopy disceetomy shows less trauma and blood loss and faster recovery.It is safe and effective in the treatment of lumber disc heniation.
