椎间盘镜手术与常规开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效比较

目的：比较椎间盘镜手术与常规开窗手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：68例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为两组：观察组35例和对照组33例。观察组行腰椎间盘镜手术：对照组行常规开窗手术。并观察两组的手术时间、出血量、切口大小、下床时间、住院时间及恢复工作时间情况。结果：观察组优良率为91．43％，对照组优良率为93.94％，两组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。但观察组出血量、切口大小、住院时间、下床活动时间及恢复工作时间与对照组比较。差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．01）。结论：椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定，具有创伤小、出血少、患者术后恢复快及不影响腰椎稳定性等优点，是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。

Clinical Control Study of Microendoscopy Discectomy and Conventional Discectomy in Treatment of Lumber Disc Heniation

Objective:To observe the difference between microendoscopy discectomy and conventional iscectomy in treating lumber disc heniation.Methods:Sixty-eight cases with umber disc heniation were randomly divided into observation group with microendoscopy discectomy and a control group with conventional discectomy.The clinical results were evaluated according to Macnab method and the blood loss,the operation time,the post-operative hospital stay time,the time of recovery to ordinary work or life were observed.Results:The excellent and good rates were(91.43%) in observation group and 93.94% in control group.There was significant difference in all indices between two groups.Conclusion: Microendoscopy disceetomy shows less trauma and blood loss and faster recovery.It is safe and effective in the treatment of lumber disc heniation.
