| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PBL教学法在普外科临床实习教学中的优越性。方法将120名7年制实习医生随机分为2组,分别进行PBL教学和传统教学,比较2种方法的教学效果。结果PBL教学组学生在自学、临床操作、团队合作、分析问题和解决问题等方面的能力明显优于传统教学组。结论PBL教学法是新形式下普外科临床教学的有效方法。
