| 摘 要： | 目的:研究新疆产中国沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.Subsp.Sinensis Rousi)果实挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分离鉴定新疆尼勒克县产中国沙棘果实挥发油组分,并用峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果:尼勒克县产中国沙棘鉴定出50种化合物。结论:中国沙棘挥发油以分子量较小的烷烃为主要成分。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the chemical constituents in the analysis of volatile oil from Hippophae rhamnoides L.Subsp.Sinensis Rousi of Xinjiang.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted from Hippophae rhamnoides L.Subsp.Sinensis Rousi of Nileke county of Xinjiang by steam distillation.The content of volatile oil was examined by GC/MS.The relative content of the compounts was determined with peak area normalization method.Results:Fifty components in this volatile oil were identified from Nileke county.Conclusion:The major compounents of volatile oil are alkane of lower molecular weight. |
