| 摘 要： | 观察35例重症肌无力患围手术期发生肌无力危象及胆碱能危象的特点,分析其外科治疗及护理的近期效果。结果本组MG患的临床完全缓解率为45．7％,死亡2例,与危象的发生无关,再住院率为5．7％,发生肌无力危象7例,胆碱能危象1例,危象总发生率为22．95,经过恰当的救治及护理,危象均全部纠正。说明加强对围手术期各种危象发生的认识,可提高各种危象救治的护理质量。MG发生危象的防治效果离不开规范、精心的围手术期护理。

| Abstract: | To observe and nurse myathenia crisis and cholinergic crisis in peri-operative period.The occurrence of myasthenia crisis and cholinergic crises to myasthenia gravis (MG) patients at the peri-operative period in 35 cases was observed and surgical treatment and nursing effects were analyzed. A clinic complete remission rate in MG patients reached 45.7%, readmission rate 5.7%, 2 dead but not corresponding to the occurrence of crises. A general incidence rate of crises was observed to be 22.9%. The total 7 myasthenia crises and 1 cholinergic crisis were corrected with proper treatment and nursing care. It is realized that enhanced knowledge about various crises can improve the nursing quality and standard nursing in peri-operative period is imperative to the prevention of the crises. |
