深圳某医院院内感染鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及耐药性分析

目的：探讨院内感染致病菌鲍曼不动杆菌的分布特征及耐药性分析。方法：对2008-2010年期间深圳市第二人民医院临床科室分离出的256株鲍曼不动杆菌进行分析,包括其标本来源、临床分布特点及耐药性分析。结果：本组256株菌株中,痰液标本为213株,所占比例最大为83.20%,感染科室以ICU及呼吸内科为主,分别为81株（31.64%）、76株（29.69%）,其对碳青酶烯类抗生素保持着较高的敏感性,其次敏感性较高的抗生素为含酶抑制剂,而对氨基糖苷类抗生素等敏感性较低。结论：鲍曼不动杆菌的临床分离率及其耐药性均有明显上升趋势,临床医生应根据其药敏试验结果采取二联甚至三联等联合用药,减少耐药株的产生,提高治疗效果
