比色法在花粉总黄酮含量测定中的应用研究

目的 探讨比色法在测定花粉总黄酮含量的可行性和应用价值.方法 以芦丁为对照品,采用比色法,对油菜、荞麦、玉米、黑松和赤松6种花粉中的黄酮含量进行了测定.结果 在选定的实验条件下,光密度与溶液中芦丁的含量呈线性关系,总黄酮含量的平均回收率为99.7%,黄酮在不同花粉中的含量差异很大,其中油菜花粉黄酮含量较高,松花粉中黄酮含量甚少.结论 比色法在测定花粉总黄酮含量上是可行的,该方法操作简单,结果可靠.

The applied study of colorimetry in the determination of total flavonoid content from Pollen

Objective: To investigate feasibility and worthiness of colorimetry in the determination method of total flavonoid content from pollen. Methods: The contents of total flavonoids from rape, Japanese camellia, common buchwheat, maize, Japanese red pine and Japanese black pine were determined by colorimetry and standard curve was established using rutin as a standard. Results: Under the chosen experiment conditions, there was a linear relationship between the photo density and the the content of rutin, and the average recovery was 99.7%. The flavonoids content variedgreatly among different kinds of pollens. The contents of total flavonoids in rape pollen were the highest, yet those from pine pollen were much lower than others. Conclusion: Application of colorimetry in the determination of total flavonoid content from pollen is simple, accurate and feasible.
