PKP在骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的临床应用

目的:探讨经皮椎体球囊后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)在骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折中的临床应用,了解其对于镇痛及椎体高度复位的临床效果。方法:28 例骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折接受 PKP 术,共 28 个椎体。记录术前、术后的视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)及患椎高度的变化。结果:术前、术后 VAS 评分及椎体高度变化有统计学意义。对所有患者进行 6~18 个月的随访(平均 12.5 个月),无 1 例患者发生肺栓塞、下肢神经损伤,2 例无症状骨水泥漏。结论:PKP 术对于老年人骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的治疗疗效明确,其能快速缓解腰背部疼痛,减轻后凸畸形,提高患者的生活质量。

Clinical Application of PKP in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures with Osteoporosis
