黄花蒿中青蒿素含量的动态变异性研究

摘    要:目的研究黄花蒿生长发育过程中青蒿素含量的动态变异特性。方法分别在2、3、4、5、7月移栽黄花蒿苗,采集生长发育至各时期的黄花蒿,以紫外分光光度法,在292 nm处,对黄花蒿中青蒿素含量进行测定。结果黄花蒿下部叶中青蒿素含量明显高于上、中部;黄花蒿上午采收叶中青蒿素含量明显高于下午;在黄花蒿的整个生长发育过程中,从营养生长末期到花蕾期,青蒿素含量有递增趋势,开花后青蒿素含量明显下降;黄花蒿生长时间越长,叶中青蒿素的含量越高。结论黄花蒿应该选择在4月以前下种并移栽完成,选择在营养生长末期至花蕾期采收,采收的时间可选择在上午气温较低的晴天。

Abstract:Objective To determine the dynamic variance of arteannuin content in Artemisia annua L..Methods We transplanted the young plants of Artemisia annua L.in February,March,April,May and July,and gathered the Artemisia annua L.of different periods,and then determined the arteannuin content in Artemisia annua L.at 292 nm by UV spectrophotometry.Results The artenisinin content of Artemisia annua L.in the lower leaves was higher than that in the middle and upside.The content harvested in the morning was higher than that in the afternoon;The longer the growth of Artemisia annua L.,the higher the arteannuin content.In the whole process of Artemisia annua L.growth,the artenisinin content increased gradually from late vegetative stage to full bud stage,but it decreased after the flowering stage.Conclusion It is better to plant and transplant Artemisia annual L.before April and harvest them between the vegetative stage and flowering stage.The best time of harvest is in the morning when the weather is fine and cool.
