| 摘 要： | 目的探讨缩宫素联合钙剂和米索前列醇预防及治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取300例自然分娩产妇随机分成两组,实验组在宫口开全后,即用葡萄糖酸钙注射液静脉滴注,胎儿娩出后肌肉注射缩宫素20u,在胎盘娩出后予肛门纳入米索前列醇200μg;对照组在胎儿娩出后肌注缩宫素20u。结果实验组产后2小时及24小时出血量及产后出血率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论缩宫素联合钙剂和米索前列醇预防及治疗产后出血有明显疗效,值得临床推广。
