| 摘 要： | 目的 观察 6种凝集素在 6 0例肺腺癌组织切片中的定位特点。方法 应用ABC法免疫组化技术。结果 凝集素受体阳染颗粒分布在腺泡状腺癌或乳头状腺癌的胞浆内或胞膜内 ,在低分化腺癌中显示条索状、斑点状或粘液样特征。PNA阳性表达率最高 ,PSA最低 ,联合检测互补率高于单一检测率 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 6种凝集素均可作为肺腺癌的标示物应用于免疫组化研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To study localization characteres of six agglutinins in 60 cases tissue slices of pulmonary adenocarcinoma Method ABC immunohistochemical technique was used Results Positive granules of agglutinin receptors distributed in cytoplasm or cytoplasmic menbranes of acinar or papillary adenocarcinoma and showed structure of cord and Petechial or mucoid in poor differentiation adenocarcinoma Positive expression rate of PNA was highest and PSA was lowest Complementation rate of combined detection was higher than single detection rate ( P <0.01) Conclusion Six agglutinins can be used in immunohistochemical stuty as markers of pulmonary adenocarcinoma |
