| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消化性溃疡(PU)患者复发的相关因素,制定相应的护理措施,提高治愈率,降低复发率。方法对46例PU患者进行回顾性分析其复发的诱因及相关因素。结果分析显示消化性溃疡复发的诱因有季节变化、不良生活方式、精神因素、药物的因素等。结论对PU患者及家属进行健康教育,建立健康的生活方式,避免不良因素的刺激,积极主动地配合治疗,对促进溃疡愈合,提高治愈率,减少并发症,提高生活质量有重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the correlated factors about palindromia of peptic ulcer and provide teh corresponding nursing treatments.Methods: 4 cases with peptic ulcer received retrospective analysis.Results: The main causes included seasonal variation,unhealthful life way,psychic factor,pharmacal factor and so on.Conclusion: Health education and healthy way of life and active cooperation with therapy can promote the life quality of the patients with peptic ulcer. |
