护理干预对应用新型抗精神病药的精神病患者控制体重的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对使用新型抗精神病药的住院精神病患者控制体重的影响.方法 2009年6月至2010年1月,选择在我院确诊的使用新型抗精神病药的精神病患者100例,分为干预组和对照组各50例,干预组采用健康宣教、体育锻炼、饮食指导及干预,全程跟踪监测精神病患者的体重及体重指数（BMI）变化.对照组采用一般管理模式,比较两组精神病患者的体重及体重指数控制情况.结果 干预组精神病患者与对照组精神病患者的体重及体重指数控制,在4周内比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）,8周和12周后比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 对使用新型抗精神病药的住院精神病患者采取健康宣教、体育锻炼、饮食指导及干预,能够更好地控制患者的体重,从而减少使用新型抗精神病药而引起体重增加的发生,减少代谢综合征的患病率,有利于提高精神病患者的生活质量.

Effect of nursing intervention in body weight controlling for patients taking atypical antipsychotic medication

Objective To explore impact of nursing intervention in body weight controlling for patients taking atypical antipsychotic medication. Methods From June 2009 to January 2010, 100 psychotic in-patients in our hospital who were taking atypical antipsychotic medication were collected and randomly divided into experimental group (n = 50) and control group (n = 50). Health education, physical exercise and dietary guidance were accessible in experimental group, while control group received routine nursing. Body weight and BMI were recorded every 4 weeks. Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups in weight controlling and BMI at 4 week of nursing intervention, but the differences at 8 week and 12 week were significant. Conclusions Application of nursing intervention which includes health education, physical exercise and dietary guidance to patients taking atypical antipsychotic medicine is proved to be effective in weight controlling, reducing incidence of metabolic syndrome and improving the patients' life quality.
