| 摘 要： | 目的探讨16层螺旋CT颈部血管成像的技术及临床应用价值。方法34例临床怀疑颈动脉或椎动脉疾病者，行16层螺旋CT颈部血管成像检查，将扫描获得的原始图像传到工作站，进行多种方法后处理，对颈部血管狭窄进行定量评价，对粥样硬化斑块进行准确评估。结果34例患者中，颈动脉粥样硬化者29例，管腔轻度狭窄者10例，中度狭窄者12例，重度狭窄者5例，节段闭塞者2例；钙化斑块15例，非钙化斑块1O例，混合斑块9例；CT值范围20-1140Hu，其中钙化斑块CT值220-1140Hu，非钙化斑块CT值20—73Hu；左侧颈总动脉起源异常者1例；颈动脉体瘤2例；椎动脉狭窄者4例。结论16层螺旋CT有艮好的时间和密度分辨率，联合三维成像各种后处理功能，可以直观显示颈部血管的形态，准确评价管腔的狭窄程度和评估粥样硬化斑块的稳定性，为临床提供可靠的治疗方案和诊断信息，有重要的临床应用价值。
