| 摘 要： | 目的：调查和分析上海市大型综合性医院药房调剂管理现状；方法：采取问卷与访谈相结合的调查方法；结果：窗口配方多种形式并存，各有7家医院采取前台双人配方和前、后台协作配方，仅有1家医院实行开放式柜台配方；调剂人员学历和素质参差齐，另有2家医院本科学历以上人员比例大于20％；中心摆药室的条件和管理方式落后，有待进一步改善；计算机药品管理工作有待拓展；结论：提高开放式柜台配方服务，重视计算机在调剂管理中的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey and analysis current situation of dispensing management in large polyclinic pharmacy departments in Shanghai. Methods A survey by combining questionnaire and interview has been carried out. Results There are several forms of dispensing service in clinics. Pharmacists having high degree and diathesis are uneven among hospitals. Management methods and condition of center dispensary should be improved. Computers used in drug administration are outspreading. Conclution Open counter dispensing and application o.( computers in dispensing management should be advocated and regarded. |
