糖尿病肾病与糖尿病控制状态研究

目的 研究糖尿病肾病(DN)与糖尿病(DM)控制状态的关系。方法 采用非条件Logistic回归模型，对影响DN发生、发展的因素进行分析。结果 筛选出6个有意义的因素：舒张压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病神经系统病变、DM病程，认为早餐前血糖7.03mmol/L是预防DN发生可建议的血糖水平，6．27mmol/L则是较严格控制DN发生的血糖水平。结论 DM患者在血糖、血压及其它并发症等方面的控制状态，影响着DN的发生、发展。

A study on the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and the state of diabetes mellitus control

Objective To investigate the relationship bet ween diabetic nephropathy(DN) and the state of diabetes mellitus(DM) control.Methods The factors for the occurrence and development of DN we re analyzed by non conditioned Logistic regression model.Results 6 significant factors were screened out,which were dias tolic blood pressure(DBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA 1c),diabetic retinopathy(DR),diabetic neuropathy,course of DM.And the sugestibl e threshold value of FBG is 7.03 mmol/L at which we can prevent the occurrence of DN,and at 6.27 mmol/L,occurrence of DN can be strictly controlled.Conclusion The state of controlling blood glucose,blood pressur e and other complication in DM patients influences the occurrence and developmen t of DN.
