机械通气治疗急性左心衰26例

目的:探索机械通气治疗急性左心衰的临床效果。方法:26例急性左心衰患者在给予常规药物治疗的基础上,根据临床情况辅以机械通气治疗:其中16例采用双相气道内正压呼吸机(BiPAP);10例采用紧急气管插管接纽帮100Ei型呼吸机。结果:机械通气治疗2小时后,26例动脉血气分析中的PaO_2、PaCO_2较通气前明显改善(P<0.05、P<0.05),其中20例达到治疗效果并顺利撤机。有6例因原发病严重而死亡。结论:根据临床情况迅速合理应用机械通气治疗,能及时有效缓解急性左心衰的低氧血症、高碳酸血症及呼吸功能,有利于心衰改善,是抢救急性左心衰的有效措施。

26 Patients with Acute Left Ventricular Failure Treated with Mechanical Ventilation

Objective: To explore the effects of mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute left ventricular failure. Methods: While the routine drug therapy were administered for 26 patients with acute left ventricular failure, 16 patients received BiPAP, and 10 patients received mechanical ventilator followed urgent tracheal intubation. Results: PaO_2 and PaCO_2 were dramatically improved two hour after the mechanical ventilation were used(P<0.05). 20 patients had a good results, and 6 patients died. Conclusion: Based on the clinical condition, the mechanical ventilation could improve effectively hypoxia, hypercarbia and respiratory function caused by acute left ventricular failure, which is an effective method in the treatment of patient with acute left ventricular failure.
