恶性肝肿瘤钆贝葡胺MR增强延迟扫描表现

摘    要:目的探讨肝脏恶性肿瘤在Gd-BOPTA增强MR延迟像上的表现,为Gd-BOPTA增强MR对肝肿瘤的诊断提供依据。方法收集Gd-BOPTA增强扫描的肝脏恶性肿瘤病灶29例,图片分为MR平扫、Gd-BOPTA延迟增强扫描两组,对比分析病灶数目、边界、信号强度以及延迟像胆道系统强化情况。结果延迟像中所有病灶边缘均清晰、锐利。病灶可出现强化但信号均低于肝脏。延迟像肝外胆道及肝内胆管一级分支可见明显强化。结论Gd-BOPTA延迟扫描中,肝脏恶性肿瘤边界清晰,信号强度低于肝脏,此特征可作为Gd-BOPTA增强MR诊断肝脏肿瘤的参考依据。

Abstract:Objective To study the manifestation of hepatic malignan t neoplasm on static Gd-BOPTA enhanced MR imaging, which supports the diagnosis of hepatic malignant neoplasm using Gd-BOPTA enhanced MR imaging. Methods In total 29 lesions of hepatic malignant neoplasm underwent both non-enhanced MR imaging and Gd-BOPTA enhanced MR imaging. The images were divided into non-e nhanced and static groups. The number, margin, signal intensity of lesions and b ile duct system manifestations obtained in the delayed enhanced scan were analyz ed respectively. Results All the marginal area of lesions was clear and sharp. T he lesions were enhanced while their signal intensity were lower than that of ad jacent liver. On static phase all the extra-hepatic bile passages and the firs t class branches of intrahepatic bile ducts were well enhanced. Conclusion In st atic Gd-BOPTA enhancd MR imaging boundaries of neoplasm lesions were clear and sharp, with a lower signal intensity than liver. This feature may support the d iagnosis of hepatic malignant neoplasm using Gd-BOPTA enhanced MR imaging.
