| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨术后早期经肠营养的安全性和有效性。方法：１９９８年６月至１９９９年６月因胃癌行全胃切除术病人，术后经鼻空肠营养管输注要素饮食进行早期肠内营养３０例，观察营养指标及并发症。结果：术后早期经肠营养支持后与营养支持前比较，ＴＳＰ，ＡＭＣ，ＴＲＦ，ＴＬＣ，ＤＣＨ，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８显著增高，伤口均一期愈合，少数病人出现腹胀、腹泻、恶心、但经调整滴速及浓度后症状可以控制，病人能耐受。结论：认为全胃切除

| Abstract: | Objectives:To evaluate the safety and effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition support after total gastrectomy. Methods:From Jun 1998 to Jun 1999,thirty patients with gastric cancer received early nutritional support after totalgastrectomy,and the element diet was infused to small intestine through noseenteral tube.The nutrition parameters and the complications were observed. Results:TSF,AMC,TRF,TLC,DCH,and CD4/CD8 were significantly increased after early enteral nutrition. Conclusions:The early enteral nutrition is safe and effective after total gastritecotmy. |
