UF-100全自动尿沉渣仪应用于脑脊液细胞计数可行性探讨

摘    要:目的探讨UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪用于计数脑脊液白细胞、红细胞的可行性。方法将151例脑脊液标本分别采用UF100和手工镜检两种方法计数白细胞、红细胞。其中6例隐球菌性脑膜炎标本同时进行隐球菌计数。统计分析采用Excel2003软件,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 135例非隐球菌性脑膜炎标本(UF100测定出现上皮细胞、小圆上皮细胞的脑脊液除外)白细胞两法测定结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);117例非隐球菌性脑膜炎标本(UF100测定出现结晶和大量细菌的脑脊液除外)红细胞两法测定结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);8例标本用UF100测定出现少量上皮细胞和小圆上皮细胞,同时白细胞计数均较手工计数明显减少(P〈0.05);18例标本使用UF-100测定出现结晶,两法测定结果差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);10例标本UF-100测定出现大量细菌,两法结果差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);隐球菌性脑膜炎标本、血性标本等不能用仪器测定。结论 UF100可用于大多数脑脊液标本红、白细胞计数(除血性、高度浑浊及隐球菌性脑膜炎标本外),但对测定结果中出现"上皮细胞"、"小圆上皮细胞"、结晶"、酵母样菌"的标本应进行手工复核。

Abstract:Objective To explore the use of UF-100 urine flow cytometry for counting the cells of cerebrospinal fluid (CFS).Methods 151 CSF samples using UF-100 instruments were correlated with microscopy and biochemical by statistics.Inside these samples,there are six samples for cryptococcal meningitis,count the numbers of cryptococcus either.Results As to 135 non-cryptococcus meningitis samples (except of the samples have epithelial cells and small round epithelial cells),there was no significant difference between the methods of the WBC of CSF counting by flow cytometry and microscope,and as to 117 noncryptococcal meningitis samples(except of the samples got crystal and a large number of bacteria),there was no significant difference between the methods of the RBC of CSF counting by flow cytometry and microscope.8 samples got epithelial cells and small round epithelial cells,the number of WBC counting by UF100 were lower than that by microscope (P0.05).18 samples got crystale,there were significant difference between the two methods in RBC counting (P 0.05 ).10 samples got a large number of bacteria,and there were no significant difference between the two methods in RBC (P 0.05).UF-100 can not be used in cryptococcus meningitis samples and the samples with blood.Conclusion The UF-100 flow cytometry is a rapid and reliable leukocytes and erythrocyte count method,but is not suitable for cryptococcus meningitis samples and the samples with blood.The samples got either "epithelial cells","small round epithelial cells","crystal" or "microzyme" must be tested by microscopy again.
