计算机体层摄影和磁共振成像在颅脑肿瘤诊断中的应用对比分析

摘    要:目的对计算机体层摄影(CT)与磁共振成像(MRI)在颅脑肿瘤诊断的应用情况进行对比分析。方法选择2008年10月至2012年10月经手术经病理证实的颅内肿瘤患者80例,入院后均行CT灌注扫描和颅脑MRI扫描。结果CT表现多为圆形、类圆形,实质块影多,肿瘤区与健侧对称脑组织区的脑血流量图(CBF)、脑血容量图(CBV)与对比剂平均通过时间图(MTT)对比,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05),同时脑肿瘤组织在灌注伪彩功能图中均有不同程度的异常表现。MRI多表现为发散与弥漫性高信号。结论CT和MRI在颅脑肿瘤的诊断应用均有较好效果,其中CT灌注扫描技术能提供更加准确的定量和定性分析指标,可成为颅脑肿瘤早期诊断的重要方法。

The comparative analysis of CT and MRI for diagnosis of brain tumor

Abstract:Objective To compare effects of CT and MRI for diagnosis of brain tumor. Methods Selected 80 cases of brain tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology from October 2008 to October 2012 were given CT perfusion scan and brain MRI scan. Results CT showed multi-round, round real block shadow,The CBF, CBV and MTT values of the tumor area symmetry compared to the contralateral brain tissue area had statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ), at the same time its pseudo-color function chart had different levels of abnormal perfusion. MRI showed divergence and diffuse high signal. Conclusions The brain CT and MRI in the diagnosis of brain tumors application had better effect, and the CT perfusion scanning technology could provide more accurate quantitative and qualitative analysis indicators that could be the early diagnosis way for brain tumors.
