艾司洛尔预防颈丛阻滞后心血管反应临床观察

目的：比较不同剂量的艾司洛尔预防颈丛阻滞后心血管副作用的效果。方法：将60例择期行甲状腺瘤手术的患者随机分为A、B、C三组，每组20例。在颈丛阻滞完成后立即给予药物静脉注射：艾司洛尔0．5mg／kg（A组），艾司洛尔1mg／kg（B组），生理盐水2ml（C组）。分别记录颈丛阻滞前、阻滞后即时、5、10、20、30min的SBP,DBP,HR，并计算心率收缩压乘积（RPP），观察麻醉效果。结果：3组麻醉效果的比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．051。颈丛阻滞后5、10min的SBP,DBPA组较C组明显下降（P〈0．05）；HRB组较A、C组明显下降（P〈0．05）；RPPA、B两组较C组明显下降（P〈0．051。结论：预防性使用艾司洛尔，可以有效的治疗由于颈丛阻滞所导致的心血管副作用．其中1mg／kg其效果优于0．5mg／kg。

Clinical observation of esmolol in prevention of cardiovasular effect after cervical plexus block
