双孔成形术治疗二尖瓣关闭不全

目的总结双孔二尖瓣成形术治疗二尖瓣关闭不全的经验。方法诊断为二尖瓣关闭不全接受此手术治疗30例，男12例，女18例，年龄14～52（33±17）岁。心功能Ⅱ级5例，Ⅲ级23例，Ⅳ级2例，用超声心动图对瓣膜进行评价。结果全组术前二尖瓣反流面积（9．8±3．5）cm^2，术后为（0．72±0．31）cm^2。全组无术后死亡，痊愈出院。随访1～48个月，效果满意，心功能为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级。结论双孔二尖瓣成形术是一种简单有效的手术方法。

Double-orifice technique for repair of mitral valve insufficiency

Objectives To report the clinical experience and results of the double-orifice technique for repair of mitral valve insufficiency. Methods Thirty patients with severe mitral insufficiency underwent the doubleorifice operation for mitral valve disease. There were 12 males and 18 femals aged from 14 to 52 （33±17） years The cardiac function were in NYHA class Ⅱ in 5 cases, class Ⅲ in 23 cases and class Ⅳ in 2 cases. The condition of valve was assessed with echocardiography pre-operatively, intra-operatively, and postoperatively. Results The mean post-operative area of mitral valve regurgitation was （0.72±0.31） cm^2 against the pre-operative area of mitral valve regurgitation of （9.8±3.5） cm^2. There were no hospital deaths. At the latest follow-up, the heart function was improved significantly in all patients. Conclusions The double-orifice technique is a simple and effective procedure.
