| 摘 要： | 目的 分析小儿尿道粘膜脱垂的病因、误诊及误治原因，探讨预防措施和治疗。方法 总结分析31例患儿，均为女性，最小2．3岁，最大11岁，病程2d～3年。结果 误诊、误治22例。27例接受环扎术，4例行手术切除一期缝合术。结论 小儿尿道粘膜脱垂是在局部解剖缺陷基础之上，多因素诱发。正确认识本病的临床表现，注意鉴别诊断，可预防误诊、误治。手术治疗是主要方式。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this research work is to inves ti gate the reason of misdiagnosis and mistreatment of urethral prolapse in childr en.Methods 31girls were assessed.The age range was from2.3to11yeas.The course of disease was from2days to3years.Results22cases were misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Among all cases,27cases received circular ligation and4cas es were operated by resection.Conclusions The urethral prolapse was evoked by multiple factor based on topography defect.It is important that we should cor rectly know its clinical manifestation and differential diagnosis in order to pr event misdiagnosis and mistreatment.The operation is the major therapy. |
