辛夷抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的:了解辛夷的抗炎作用。方法:采用多种动物模型,观察中药辛夷挥发油对炎症反应的影响。结果:辛夷挥发油能够降低炎症组织毛细胞毛细血管的通透性,抑制炎平性肿胀,抑制炎症介质(PGE2、组胺)的产生,但不影响肾上腺皮质激素的合成与分泌,其抗炎性肿胀作用也不依赖于肾上腺的存在。结论:辛夷具有明显的抗急性炎症效应,其抗炎作用主要是通过抑制炎平介质的产生而实现的,对机体糖皮质激素的合成与分泌没有明显的影响。

Abstract:Objective:Research the anti inflammatory action of flower bud of lily magnolia.Method:Observed the anti inflammatory infection of flower bud of lily magnolia to several kinds of animal models.Result Flower bud of lily magnolia could reduce the capillary permeability of the inflammatory tissue, inhibit the inflammatory swelling and inhibit the yielding of inflammatory medium. But anti inflammatory action had no affection to the yielding and excretion of adrenocortical hormone and it's anti inflammatory action didn't depend on the existence of adrenocortical hormone.Conclusion:Flower bud of lily magnolia had obvious anti inflammatory action and the action had no affection to the yielding and excretion of adrenocortical hormone.
