黄芪参附对低位中枢神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的影响

目的:观察黄芪注射液和参附注射液对低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的影响。方法:记录蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位和腓肠肌收缩曲线,测定低位运动中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌出现疲劳的时间。结果:与对照组比较,黄芪组和参附组低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的时间均明显延长(P<0.05);黄芪组和参附组对中枢的抗疲劳作用差异无显著性(P>0.05);而与黄芪组比较,参附组神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳时间延长,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液和参附注射液具有抗低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的作用。

Effects of astragalus membranacens and shenfu on fatigue in lower nerve centre neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle

Objective:To study the effects of astragalus membranacens injection and shenfu injection on fatigue in lower nerve center, neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.Methods:By recording the action potential of sciatic nerve trunk and the contractive curve of gastrocnemius muscle,and measuring the time of fatigue in lower nerve centre,neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.Results:In both the astragalus membranacens group and the shenfu group,the time of fatigue in nerve center,neuromuscular junction and muscle was increased,and the differences were significant compared with the control group(P<0.05). There were no obvious differences in nerve center between the astragalus membranacens group and the shenfu group(P>0.05). The time of fatigue of the shenfu group in neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle was longer than that of the astragalus membranacens group,and the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Both the astragalus membranacens injection and the shenfu injection could apparently resist the fatigue in nerve center,neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.
