Abstract: | Analysis of the results of organ-preserving operations in 246 patients with ulcerous gastroduodenal hemorrhages revealed a predisposition to motor-evacuation disorders of gastric performance, which plays an essential role in the individual choice of the operation in patients with ulcerous gastroduodenal hemorrhages. This makes it possible to reduce the number of postvagotomy complications linked with disturbed passage of food in the stomach and duodenum. |
