| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理干预对腹膜透析患者院外治疗的影响。方法：将50例腹膜透析患者随机分为研究组和对照组各25例，对照组在出院时由医生给予治疗方案，无护理干预，研究组则在出院时，由医生给予治疗方案的基础上给予护理干预，对患者院外治疗进行调查。结果：腹膜透析患者接受护理干预后，其反映生存质量的各项指标，如透析依从性、透析充分性、营养状况、感染率、住院时间、情绪稳定性等均有改善。结论：护理干预可显著提高腹膜透析患者的生存质量。
