刀豆的化学成分

摘    要:目的研究刀豆(Canavalia gladiata)的化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、SephadexLH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化,并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果从刀豆中分离得到了6个化合物,即没食子酸(gallic acid,1)、没食子酸甲酯(methyl gallate,2)、1,6-二没食子酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside,3)、β-谷甾醇(-βsitosterol,4)、羽扇豆醇(lupeol,5)、δ-生育酚(-δtocopherol,6)。结论化合物1-6均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents from Canavalia gladiata.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Results Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as gallic acid(1),methyl gallate(2),1,6-di-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(3),β-sitosterol(4),lupeol(5),δ-tocopherol(6).Conclusions Compounds 16 are obtained from this plant for the first time.
