二氧化碳激光术结合干扰素局部封闭治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效分析

目的:对二氧化碳(CO_2)激光术联合局部干扰素封闭治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果进行分析。方法:选取我院2014年7月至2016年1月间收治的86例尖锐湿疣患者,按其入院时间顺序分为联合组和对照组,每组各43例患者。其中对照组患者仅予以CO_2激光治疗;联合组则在对照组基础上联合干扰素(α-2b)进行局部封闭治疗。分析对比两组患者血清白介素2(IL-2)、白介素4(IL-4)、白介素10(IL-10)以及可溶性白介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及SIL-2R的水平无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组IL-2水平升高,IL-4、IL-10及SIL-2R水平降低,均较对照组明显(P<0.05);经临床治疗后,联合组总有效率为高达97.67%(42/43),对照组为72.09%(31/43),组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:CO_2激光术联合局部干扰素封闭治疗尖锐湿疣,患者易于接受,并可有效改善尖锐湿疣患者各种外周血清炎症因子的水平,进而达到提高临床疗效的目的,故该治疗方法具推广、应用价值。

Efficacy of the carbon dioxide laser surgery combined with topical interferon treatment for condyloma acuminatum

Objectives:To analyze the efficacy of carbon dioxide (CO2) laser surgery combined with topical interferon treatment for condylma acuminatum (CA).Methods:86 patients with CA treated from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into combination group and control group according to their hospitalization time,each of 43 patients.The control group received only CO2 laser treatment,while the combined group received additionally interferon (α-2b) treatment of partial closure.The serum interleukin-2 (IL-2),interleukin-4 (IL-4),interleukin-10 (IL-10) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R) levels was compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no difference between the two groups in IL-2,IL-4,IL-10 and non-SIL-2R levels (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the IL-2 level in the combined group increased,while the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and SIL-2R reduced,more significant than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After clinical treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group and the control group was 97.67％ (42/43) and 72.09％ (31/43) respectively,with significant differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:CO2 laser surgery combined with topical interferon treatment is effective in treating CA by improving the peripheral serum levels of inflammatory factors,thusly worth clinical application.
