复方阿胶浆联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨复方阿胶浆联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月至2015年12月就诊于我院的排卵障碍性不孕患者80例,随机均分为观察组和对照组(各40例),其中对照组患者给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组患者给予复方阿胶浆和克罗米芬治疗,比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及形态、排卵率、妊娠率、妊娠结局及卵泡发育情况。结果:观察组的子宫内膜厚度及形态、排卵率、妊娠率、单卵泡发育周期率明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:复方阿胶浆联合克罗米芬可增加子宫内膜厚度、改善子宫内膜形态,提高排卵率、妊娠率,较单纯应用克罗米芬的疗效更为显著,可广泛应用于临床。

Abstract:Objectives:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of complex E-jiao slurry combined with clomiphene in treating patients with anovulatory infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 40 anovulatory infertility patients treated with complex E-jiao slurry combined with clomiphene (observation group),and that of 40 anovulatory infertility patients treated with clomiphene (control group) in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected to analyze the clinical efficacy of complex E-jiao slurry combined with clomiphene in treating anovulatory infertility.Results:The endometrial thickness and morphology,ovulation rate,pregnancy rate and single follicle growth cycle of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Complex E-jiao slurry combined with clomiphene can increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve the endometrial morphology and the ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,compared with simple application of clomiphene,therefore should be widely applied in clinical practice.
