改良经阴道子宫全切除术治疗非子宫脱垂良性子宫病变的效果分析

目的:探究改良经阴道子宫全切除术治疗非子宫脱垂良性子宫病变的效果。方法:病例来源于我院2010年3月至2014年1月妇产科收治的非子宫脱垂良性子宫病变需行子宫全切术病患154例,依照随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组77例,对应随机数字是奇数者归入对照组,对应偶数者归入观察组。对照组施行开腹全子宫切除术,观察组施行改良经阴道全子宫切除术。观察比较两组术中输血与出血量、手术所需时间等指标。结果:观察组手术时间、术中输血与出血、术后发热、开始排气时间及术后住院时长均显著优于对照组(P0.01);观察组术中输尿管膀胱损伤与术后并发症发生率与对照组比较差异不明显(P0.05),结论:改良经阴道全子宫切除术对病患的手术创伤较小,能够积极促进病患健康恢复,具有操作简单、并发症少等特点,临床前景广阔。

Effect of modified transvaginal hysterectomy in treating nonprolapse benign uterus lesions

Objectives:To explore the effect of modified transvaginal hysterectomy in the treatment of nonprolapse benign uterus lesions.Methods:The 154 patients diagnosed with nonprolapse benign uterus lesions in our hospital from March 2010 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,77 cases in each group.Control group was treated by the traditional open abdominal panhysterectomy,and the observation group was treated by modified transvaginal hysterectomy.The intraoperative blood transfusion and blood loss,time needed for surgery and other indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood transfusion and blood loss,postoperative fever,exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P ＜ 0.01).Difference in the intraoperative bladder ureter injury and incidence of postoperative complication was not significant between the two groups (P ＞0.05).Conclusion:The modified transvaginal hysterectomy is simple to operate and can actively promote patients' recovery,with less surgical trauma and complications.
