血清维生素D水平对中枢性性早熟女童治疗效果的影响分析

目的:探讨中枢性性早熟女童患者血清中维生素D临床检测价值,为临床诊断和治疗提供依据。方法:通过分析2015年1月至2016年4月医院收治的62中枢性性早熟女童患者及同期62例健康女童的临床资料,对两组女童激素水平和临床治疗中进行检测,分析检测CPP女童患者血清中维生素D临床意义。结果:观察组患儿血清维生素D水平显著低于对照组女童,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患儿中维生素D缺乏患儿同维生素D正常患儿乳房发育年龄、LH和E2水平比较差异显著,有统计学意义(P0.05),身高、体重、骨龄、卵巢体积和FSH水平无显著差异(P0.05);观察组患儿治疗后,维生素D缺乏患儿临床有效率显著低于维生素D正常患儿,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:CPP患儿维生素D缺乏情况较普遍,维生素D缺乏对患儿乳房发育年龄、LH、E2水平及临床治疗效果影响较大。

Clinical significance of serum vitamin D in girls with central precocious puberty

Objectives:To investigate the clinical detection value of serum vitamin D in girls with central precocious puberty (CPP),in order to provide basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data of 62 patients with CPP and 60 healthy girls in our hospital from January 2015 to April 2016 was analyzed.The hormone levels were detected to analyze the clinical significance of serum vitamin D for girls with CPP.Results:The serum vitamin D levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Differences in the breast development,LH and E2 levels were significant between patients with vitamin D deficiency and those not in the observation group (P ＜ 0.05),and differences in the height,weight,bone age,ovarian volume and FSH levels were not significant (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the clinical efficiency in patients with vitamin D deficiency was significantly lower than those with normal vitamin D,with statistically significance (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:CPP children with vitamin D deficiency is very common,which has adverse impact on the breast development,LH and E2 levels and treatment effect.
