术后调强放疗对宫颈癌患者卵巢功能的影响

目的:探讨术后调强放疗对宫颈癌患者卵巢功能的影响。方法:选取我院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的宫颈癌患者81例,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为调强放疗组(n=41)和常规放疗组(n=40)两组,对两组患者的卵巢功能、毒副反应发生情况、2年和3年复发情况及复发时间、死亡情况进行统计分析。结果:调强放疗组患者的E2、P、FSH水平均显著低于常规放疗组(P0.05),LH水平显著高于常规放疗组(P0.05),调强放疗组患者的骨髓抑制、消化系统反应、放射性膀胱炎发生率19.5%、24.4%、9.8%均显著低于常规放疗组的47.5%、55.0%、25.0%(P0.05)。结论:术后调强放疗能够有效保护宫颈癌患者的卵巢功能。

Influence of postoperative IMRT on the ovarian function of patients with cervical cancer

Objectives:To investigate the influence of postoperative 1MRT on the ovarian function of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:81 cervical cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from Oct.2012 to Oct.2015 were selected.These patients were divided into IMRT group (n =41) and conventional radiotherapy group (n =40).The ovarian function,incidence of side effects,2-year recurrence,3-year recurrence,times of recurrence and number of death in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The E2,P,FSH levels of IMRT group were significantly lower (P ＜ 0.05).The LH level of IMRT group was significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05).The bone marrow suppression,digestion system response,radiation cystitis incidences were 19.5％ (8/41),24.4％ (10/41) and 9.8％ (4/41),which were significantly lower than these of conventional radiotherapy group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative 1MRT can effectively protect ovarian function of patients with cervical cancer.
