腹腔镜术式对输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者输卵管通畅效果的影响分析

目的:观察腹腔镜术式对输卵管梗阻性不孕症(TOI)患者输卵管通畅效果的影响。方法:选择自2012年2月至2014年3月在医院接受治疗的TOI患者118例作为本次研究对象。依照简单随机数字表法将患者分为观察组59例以及对照组59例,为对照组给予传统的开腹手术进行治疗,观察组则利用腹腔镜术式进行治疗,随访2年,对比两组治疗后的输卵管畅通情况、手术相关指标,再随访2年,对比两组预后随访情况。结果:观察组治疗后的总通畅率是89.83%,明显高于对照组的69.49%,阻塞率是3.39%,明显低于对照组的13.56%,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组的手术时间、出血量、排气时间以及住院时间均分别明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。观察组妊娠率是69.49%,明显高于对照组的50.85%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:腹腔镜术式对于TOI患者的输卵管通畅效果较好,还可有效提升患者的输卵管通畅率以及妊娠率,值得给予推广应用。

The tubal patency effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with tubal obstructive infertility

Objectives:To observe the tubal patency effect of laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with tubal obstructive infertility (TOI).Methods:118 patients with TOI who received treatment in our hospital from February 2012 to March 2014 were selected as the study subjects.In accordance with the simple random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group (n =59) and control group (n =59).The control group received traditional open surgery for treatment,while the observation group used laparoscopic surgical treatment.All the patients were followed up for 2 years to compare the fallopian tube patency and related index of surgery.Another 2 years were followed up to compare the prognosis.Results:The total patency rate of observation group after treatment was 89.83％,significantly higher than the control group of 69.49％.The blocking rate of observation group was 3.39％,significantly lower than the control group of 13.56％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The operation time,blood loss,exhaust time and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less than these in the control group,with statistically significant difference (all P ＜ 0.05).The pregnancy rate of observation group was 69.49％,significantly higher than the control group of 50.85％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery is of remarkable effect in tubal patency for TOI patients,which can also effectively improve the patient's fallopian tube patency rate and pregnancy rate,thusly worthy wide application.
