癃闭舒联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗老年前列腺增生的效果以及安全性分析

目的:探究应用癃闭舒联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗老年前列腺增生的效果以及安全性。方法:将2013年11月至2015年11月来我院治疗的116例老年前列腺增生病人作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同将其分成治疗组与对照组,治疗12周后,比较两组的治疗总有效率、I-PSS和QOL评分、Qmax、残余尿以及前列腺体积。结果:治疗组与对照组的治疗总有效率分别为87.93%以及70.69%,治疗组的总有效率显著的高于对照组;治疗后,两组病人的的I-PSS以及QOL评分均出现显著的下降,并且治疗组的I-PSS以及QOL评分均显著的低于对照组;治疗后,两组的Qmax、残余尿以及前列腺体积较治疗前均出现显著的下降,并且,治疗组的Qmax以及残余尿显著的小于对照组;比较差异均具有显著性(P0.05)。结论:癃闭舒联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗可以提高治疗有效率,显著改善BPH患者临床症状,提高生活质量。

The efficacy and safety of Rongbishu joint Haroldin treating elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia

Objectives:To study the efficacy and safety of Rongbishu joint Harold in treating elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:116 elderly patients with prostatic hyperplasia between November 2013 and November 2015 were selected,and according to different treatment modalities,were divided into treatment group and control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the total efficiency,I-PSS and QOL score,Qmax,PVR and prostate volume of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 87.93％ and 70.69％ respectively,with significant difference.After treatment,IPSS and QOL scores in two groups were significantly decreased,more significant in the treatment group.After treatment,Qmax,residual urine and prostate volume scores in two groups were significantly decreased,more significant in the treatment group.All the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Rongbishu joint Harold capsule can improve the treatment efficiency,clinical BPH symptoms and quality of life.
