经尿道前列腺等离子切除术对良性前列腺增生患者性功能的影响分析

目的:探究经尿道前列腺等离子切除(TKRP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)对患者性功能的影响。方法:根据术式不同将85例BPH患者分为治疗组(45例)和对照组(40例),分别行TKRP和TURP治疗,比较两组围术期各项指标即术后性功能情况。结果:治疗组患者平均术中出血量少于对照组,置管时间和住院时间短于对照组,比较差异显著(P0.05);治疗组术后并发症发生率(11.1%)和ED发生率(8.9%)低于对照组(27.5%、25.0%),比较差异显著(P0.05)。结论:TKRP治疗BPH优势明显,可促进患者术后尽快恢复,对其性功能影响较小,推荐作为临床治疗该类病症的首选术式。

The effect of transurethral resection of prostate on the sexual function of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

Objectives:To explore the effect of transurethral resection of prostate on the sexual function of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods:85 BPH patients,according to the different operation,were divided into treatment group (45 cases) and control group (40 cases) and were given the TKRP and TURP treatment,respectively.The indexes of perioperative period and postoperative sexual function were compared between the two groups.Results:The average intraoperative blood loss in the treatment group was less than that in the control group;the indwelling time and the length of stay in the treatment group were shorter than the control group,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications (11.1％) and erectile dysfunction (8.9％) in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (27.5％,25％),with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:TKRP on treatment of BPH has obvious minimally invasive advantages,which can promote the recovery of patients with less impact on their sexual function,thusly being recommended as the clinical treatment of choice.
