宫颈癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子水平和MRI影像学表现的关系研究

目的:研究宫颈癌患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平和MRI影像学表现的关系。方法:选取我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的宫颈癌患者40例,将这些患者作为研究组,另选取同期来我院进行体检的40名健康女性作为对照组,运用ELISA法对两组人员的血清VEGF水平进行测定,并对两组人员进行磁共振检查,然后对两组人员的血清VEGF水平、宫颈癌患者血清VEGF水平和MRI影像学表现的关系进行统计分析。结果:研究组患者的血清VEGF水平显著高于对照组(P0.05),宫颈癌患者肿瘤直径4cm、宫颈浸润、宫旁浸润、盆壁受侵、阴道受侵、淋巴结转移阳性、有远处转移患者的血清VEGF水平均显著高于肿瘤直径≤4cm、宫颈浸润、宫旁浸润、盆壁受侵、阴道受侵、淋巴结转移阴性、无远处转移患者(P0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者血清VEGF水平和MRI影像学表现密切相关,值得临床充分重视。

Relationship between of serum VEGF levels and MRI imaging of patients with cervical cancer

Objectives:To study the relationship between serum VEGF levels and MRI imaging of patients with cervical cancer.Methods:40 cervical cancer patients who were treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and regarded as the study group,while another 40 healthy women came to our hospital for medical examination in the same year were selected as the control group.The serum VEGF levels of the two groups were determined by ELISA method.All the subjects in the two groups received MRI examination.The serum VEGF levels of the two groups were compared,and the relationship between serum VEGF levels and MRI imaging findings of patients with cervical cancer were statistically analyzed.Results:The serum VEGF level of the study group was significantly higher (P ＜ 0.05),and the serum VEGF levels of cervical cancer patients with tumor size ＞ 4cm,cervical invasion,parametrial invasion,pelvic wall invasion,vaginal invasion,lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis were significantly higher than those with metastasis tumor diameter ≤4cm,cervical invasion,parametrial invasion,pelvic wall invasion,vaginal invasion,without lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Serum VEGF levels and MRI imaging of patients with cervical cancer are closely related,which is worthy of full attention in clinical.
