生殖医学科门诊患者支原体感染状况与药敏分析

目的:探讨生殖医学科门诊患者支原体感染状况及其药物敏感试验结果,为临床用药提供参考。方法:对2015年5月至2016年10月生殖医学科门诊患者送检的6826例支原体培养和药物敏感试验结果进行回顾性分析。结果:支原体感染阳性率为51.2%(3495/6826),解脲脲原体(Uu)、人型支原体(Mh)及Uu+Mh同时感染阳性率分别为49.66%、3.06%和1.52%;男性患者和女性患者Uu检出率分别为44.95%和63.8%;男性患者和女性患者Mh检出率则分别为1.6%和7.41%;12种抗菌药物的敏感率分别为交沙霉素(JOS)99.86%、强力霉素(DOX)99.45%、美满霉素(MIN)99.37%、四环素(TET)96.79%、克拉霉素(CLA)93.53%、罗红霉素(ROX)92.80%、阿奇霉素(AZI)91.93%、红霉素(ERY)88.7%、司巴沙星(SPA)24.88%、氧氟沙星(OFL)22.06%、左氧氟沙星(LEV)21.70%和环丙沙星(CIP)2.28%。结论:生殖医学门诊患者中支原体感染率较高,Uu为主要感染类型,女性感染率高于男性,大环内酯类抗生素(JOS、ERY、ROX、AZI)和四环素类抗生素(TET、DOX、MIN、CLA)为抗菌药物选择首选。

Analysis of mycoplasma infection and drug susceptibility in outpatients of reproductive medicine department

Objectives:To investigate the status of mycoplasma infection and the results of drug sensitivity test in outpatients of reproductive medicine department,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis was done on the results of 6826 cases of mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test in the outpatient of reproductive medicine department from May 2015 to October 2016.Results:The positive rate of mycoplasma infection was 51.2％ (3495/6826),and the positive rates of UU,Mh and Uu + Mh were 49.66％,3.06％ and 1.52％,respectively.The detection rate of Ureaplasma urealyticum of male and female patients was 44.95％ and 63.8％ respectively.The detection rates of Mycoplasma hominis of male and female patients were 1.6％ and 7.41％,respectively.The susceptibility rates of 12 antibacterial agents were as follow:josamycin of 99.86％,DOX of 99.45％,MIN of 99.37％,TET of 96.79％,CLA of 93.53％,ROX of 92.80％,(AZI) of 91.93％,ERY of 88.7％,SPA of 24.88％,OFL of 22.06％,LEV of 21.70％ and CIP of 2.28 ％.Conclusion:The infection rate of mycoplasma in the outpatients of reproductive medicine department is high.Uu is the main infection type.The Uu infection rate of female is higher than that of male.The macrolide antibiotics (JOS,ERY,ROX,AZI) and tetracycline antibiotics (TET,DOX,MIN,CLA) are preferred antimicrobial agents.
